Custom Nature of Our Products:

At A Resin To Remember, each piece is meticulously handcrafted to your specifications. Due to the bespoke nature of our creations:

• All sales are final on custom pieces.

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any custom-made items.

• This policy is strictly enforced without exceptions.

Flower Delivery Guidelines:

• Please do not send flowers in vases you wish to have returned. We are unable to ship vases back to you once the preservation process is complete.

Flower Usage:

• Our preservation process typically utilizes all provided florals to ensure the highest quality result.

• Please note that you should not expect to receive any dried flowers back once your bouquet has been preserved.

We appreciate your understanding of these policies, which allow us to maintain the quality and uniqueness of each creation. Our goal is to provide you with a beautiful, lasting memento of your special occasion.

Due to the natural aging process of resin, your items will inevitably amber over time and gain a more vintage look. I use a high quality resin to slow this process. I suggest displaying your items away from heat and direct sunlight. I am not responsible for the natural effects of the aging resin.

Cancellation, Refund, and Storage Policy

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Window:

   • Full refund available if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of purchase.

2. Cancellations Beyond 24 Hours:

   • No refunds issued for cancellations made more than 24 hours after purchase.

   • This policy is strictly enforced without exceptions.

3. Pre-Payment Cancellations:

   • For orders canceled before payment but after flower drying has begun:

     - A $50 drying fee will be charged.

     - Shipping fees apply for returning dried flowers.

4. Order Expiration:

   • We reserve the right to cancel any unpaid or partially paid order after 30 days.

5. Storage Policy:

   • A storage fee may apply for flowers kept in our studio for more than 30 days.

   • We recommend prompt payments of your order to avoid additional charges.

6. Customer Satisfaction:

   • Our primary goal is your satisfaction with your unique flower preservation.

Warranty and Return Policy

At A Resin To Remember, LLC, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Please review our warranty and return policy:

1. Custom Orders:

   • All custom-made items are sold as-is, with no warranty express or implied.

   • Due to the bespoke nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

   • This policy is strictly enforced without exceptions.

2. Ready-Made Products:

   • Currently, we do not offer ready-made products. However, in anticipation of future offerings, our policy for such items will be as follows:

     - Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase date.

     - Eligible for exact product replacement only.

     - Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returns.

3. Product Care:

   • While we do not offer a warranty, we provide care instructions with each product to help maintain its beauty and longevity.

4. Quality Assurance:

   • Each item undergoes thorough quality checks before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards.

5. Customer Satisfaction:

   • If you have any concerns about your product, please contact us promptly. While we cannot offer returns or exchanges on custom items, we value your feedback and satisfaction.

We appreciate your understanding of these policies, which allow us to continue offering unique, handcrafted preservations. Our goal is to provide you with a cherished keepsake that captures your special moments for years to come.

We offer complimentary rescheduling for all flower preservation orders within one month of your event. To make changes, please contact us via email or phone. Please note that alterations to your scheduled event may result in a delay in completing your preservation due to our current order volume.

Memorial Pieces:

Production of memorial pieces commences upon receipt of ashes. Please notify us promptly of any necessary changes. Be advised that delays in sending ashes will correspondingly delay the completion of your order.

At A Resin To Remember, we strive to provide the highest quality service. However, please be advised of the following:

1. Liability Disclaimer: A Resin To Remember assumes no responsibility for flowers or ashes that are lost, stolen, or damaged during events, transportation, or shipping.

2. Order Preparation: Our orders are prepared in advance. As such, we are unable to offer full refunds for flower bouquets or ashes that are lost, stolen, or damaged prior to receipt.

3. Contingency Planning: In the event that your flowers become unavailable, we recommend consulting your florist about recreating your bouquet to maintain your floral preservation reservation.

4. Ash Quantity for Memorial Pieces: For cremation ash inclusions, we advise sending only a small portion of your loved one's ashes. Most of our creations require only a few tablespoons.
