After placing your order, you’ll receive detailed instructions for delivery. You can either:

• Mail your flowers or memorial items to the address provided after checkout
• Or drop off in person at one of our local drop-off locations:

Both options ensure your items are received safely for timely preservation. Instructions and addresses are sent via email once your order is complete.

Once we receive your florals and/or ashes, we begin the careful drying and preservation process. We take special care to preserve color and structure using professional techniques.

When your design proof is ready, you’ll receive a notification to review and approve the layout before final production begins.

With your approval, the careful process of preserving your flowers, ashes, or breastmilk begins. Your materials will be arranged and preserved in your chosen format:

• Encased in resin for a modern, 3D display
• Or pressed and framed in a beautiful archival-quality frame

Each piece is crafted with care to honor your memories and create a lasting keepsake.

Step 5: Order Completion & Free Delivery Notification

Once your keepsake is complete, you’ll receive a notification. If you have chosen to pickup your order we will text or call you. If you have chosen to have your order shipped the tracking information and your expected delivery date will be sent to you.

We offer free shipping on all completed orders, and your keepsake will arrive securely packaged. (Note: We are not responsible for items damaged due to the mail carriers mishandling please see the Terms of Service Page)
