I am based out of Dallas, GA but accepting orders nationwide. 

If local, flowers may be dropped off to me in person. Once you place an order, please email me to coordinate a date and time for drop off.

Chattanooga drop off location is available upon request!

In order to have your flowers arrive in the best condition, make sure to follow all instructions listed below: 

Once your event has taken place be sure to store them in a cool place with fresh water in the vase until you ship. 

Step One: Cut stems 1/2" - 1" off the bottom at a diagonal and pat dry. 

Step Two: Remove any special ribbons, attachments, etc.  (Provide if you are wanting these items incorporated). 

Step Three: Loosely wrap your flowers with tissue paper or packing paper. 

DO NOT WRAP your flowers with plastic, bubble wrap, or wet paper towels. Moisture can cause your flowers to mold. 

Step Four: Line your box with packing paper/tissue paper and place your wrapped flowers in the center of the packing paper. Use additional paper/tissue to prevent the flowers from shifting during shipping.  

Step Five: Once box has been sealed label "FRAGILE" on the outside of the box. 

Please be sure that when you ship your flowers you provide your full name, phone number, and email that the order was placed under.

DO NOT REQUST SIGNATURE as this can delay delivery of your flowers. 

Step Six: OVERNIGHT flowers. Flowers must arrive within 24-48 hours following your event. 

I am not responsible for flowers that become damaged, wilted, or die during shipping. 

• Overnight delivery is recommended for best results. 
• Shipping costs are not included in the price of your items. 
• UPS and FedEx are preferred for shipping (They are open on the weekends)
• If local to Dallas, GA, your flowers may be dropped off to a mutual location.
• If local to Chattanooga, TN, your flowers may be dropped off to a mutual location. 
• Please email me to coordinate a day and time for drop off. 
• Be sure when shipping me your flowers that you provide me with the name on the order and all tracking information. 

To ensure full transparency and set appropriate expectations, we wish to highlight some inherent characteristics of resin and floral preservation:

• Natural Variations: Each piece is unique. Dried flowers may change color; for instance, red flowers often darken while white flowers may take on a yellow hue.
• Artistic Nuances: Despite our best efforts and advanced techniques, minor imperfections such as small air bubbles may occur due to the nature of resin work.
• Craftsmanship: We create each piece with the utmost care, embracing the subtle variations that make handcrafted art special.

Keep your flowers in a vase of fresh water but do not store them in the refrigerator or freezer. If you are choosing to dry your own flowers please be sure to discuss with me the correct way for drying your flowers to ensure the best results. 

Yes! We can work with flowers that are already dried. I also have many dried flowers or my own that I can add to any custom ordered creation. Step by Step instructions on how to dry your flower will be provided with each order. Please note that if you dry your own flowers Do Not hang them to dry! Please be sure to contact me on the correct way of drying flowers in order to reach the best results. 

Once I receive your flowers, my turnaround time is around 8-12 weeks. This timeframe is an estimate and may fluctuate slightly.  It can take up to 4-6 weeks to dry your flowers. I do my very best to get them to you as quickly as possible. I will keep you updated throughout the preservation process. 

You will be sent a photo of your floral design for approval before it is set in resin. Please be sure to approve your floral design as soon as possible delays could potential affect process time of your order.  Please note I cannot send multiple floral designs as it can be time consuming and delay deliveries.
